The inspiration behind Blood Club is the ceremonial ritual of blood oaths, where people swear loyalty to something or someone to feel a strong sense of attachment to the subject. My art channels those vibes (in a less scary way) by striking people's nostalgia nerve with a blend of cute imagery and dark humour.
